All of our optical frames and lenses are manufactured in accordance with exacting international standards and are of the highest quality. If, within two years of purchase, your glasses have any defects relating to material or production faults, we will repair or replace them for you, free of charge.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee:
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you have any concerns within three months of the date of your purchase, we will put it right. No worries, no fuss.
Multifocal satisfaction guarantee:
We understand that multifocal glasses can take a lot of getting used to, so we provide an additional guarantee for multifocal purchases: If, within three months of the purchase date, you find that you cannot use them, we will exchange them for either a pair of bifocals or two pairs of single vision glasses (one for reading and one for distance).
Forestway Optometry Glenrose's sunglasses satisfaction guarantee:
We guarantee the sunglasses we sell are in perfect condition, backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. We also offer a limited warranty against breakage (sunglasses): Breakages due to defects in material and workmanship are warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Please note:
Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty. If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment. You will be responsible for any expenses when returning them to us.
Regular Maintenance: We recommend regular maintenance to ensure lenses and frames remain secure. Lack of regular maintenance may result in lens or frame damage and this may not be covered by this express warranty.

Drop into our store with your proof of purchase as often as you like, and we will be happy to give your glasses a complimentary clean and make any necessary adjustments to their comfort and fit.
Supplier guarantee and returns policy:
The benefits given to you under this express warranty are in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Refunds will be given by refunding payments onto your credit or debit card. No refunds will be given for purchases of gift cards.
