All of our optical frames and lenses are manufactured in accordance with exacting international standards and are of the highest quality. If within two years of purchase, your glasses have any defects relating to material or production faults we will repair or replace them for you, free of charge.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you have any concerns within three months of the date of your purchase we will put it right. No worries, no fuss.
If it is not clear whether the fault is the result of a defect or misuse, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment.
You will be responsible for any expenses in returning them to us.
Regular Maintenance: We recommend regular maintenance to ensure lenses and frames remain secure. Lack of regular maintenance may result in lens or frame damage and this may not be covered by this express warranty.

Contact lens exchange:
We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the clarity of vision you experience from your disposable contact lenses; particularly if you’re new to wearing them. If your practitioner recommends an alteration to your initial contact lenses prescription within four weeks of purchase, we will deduct the purchase price of your original contact lenses from the price of your newly prescribed lenses.
Lifelong service guarantee:
Drop in to our store, with your proof of purchase, as often as you like and we will be happy to give your glasses a complimentary clean and make any necessary adjustments to their comfort and fit.
Supplier guarantee and returns policy:
The benefits given to you under this express warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Refunds will be given by refunding payments onto your credit or debit card. No refunds will be given for purchases of gift cards.
